Among the many services available are:
- Remote Monitoring: The Onsite Manager can be configured to monitor events and every IP device
on your network using multiple protocols: WMI, SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, Website, or Custom logs. Monitoring
includes: Network Devices and Systems, Systems and Network Performance, Customizable Event Logs,
Customizable Applications and Services, Service and Business Groups, and Templates.
- Remote Management: View information about servers, routers, workstations and other devices from a
single remote location using a web-based Central Dashboard.
- Alerting: Alerts can be set for multiple events, thresh-hold changes, access, and ensure the right people are
informed immediately or in a timely fashion to ensure response is speedy and the issue is resolved.
- Ticket System: Each alert automatically create tickets to allow tracking of issues until resolved.
- Scripting: The system can be configured to automatically run scripts or programs based on alerts. These could include
automated actions to rectify some event. Over 50 are provided and we can construct customized scripts for you.
- Central Dashboard: The Central Dashboard allows you to manage all of your remote offices as well as the main office from
one central web-based management console.
- Reporting: Out-of-box basic reporting is provided to all clients. Many other sophisticated optional reports
are available and configured to provide detailed statistics on your network. Capacity planning, service compliance, event
and issue tracking enables wise business decisions.
- Remote Control: With a click of a button, the Service Desk staff can take control of a device (if permitted)
and fix the problem remotely using a secure safe connection. This can give faster aid to endusers who need a guided shared
"how to" to perform tasks when the Service staff take control temporarily.
- Out-of-band-Management: Using Intel vPro and AMT technologies, the OnSite Manager can provide remote turn off and on
of devices without having to be there on site. In addition, detailed asset and discovery information is provided and full
management of BIOS elements and hardware components.
- Asset Management: Auto-discovery and tracking is done by the OnSite Manager at pre-scheduled intervals to provide
immediate asset information and reporting.
- Patch Management: Keep ahead of security issues by ensuring the management of patches as well as updates using
an integrated approach with Microsoft WSUS.
